FRITZ INSTITUTE FACT FINDING MISSION TO SOUTHERN AFRICA
A Fritz Institute delegation just returned from observing the delivery of aid to famine and AIDS sufferers in southern Africa the week of December 9, 2002. They reviewed the enormous challenges of getting appropriate relief to those in need and how existing relief efforts are impacting the famine and AIDS crises.

The delegation, which included Fritz Institute's director general, Lynn Fritz, Georgetown professor Ricardo Ernst, Fritz Institute CTO, Wally Lee, and representatives from several global relief organizations, experienced the urgency of the need and the tremendous collaborations required to get food and medicine into southern Africa villages.
